Dear guests, we are offering five suites on dailly rental. There are two types of apartments: double bed or triple bed apartments.
Apartments has two or three beds and each apartment has balcony or terrace. Apartments have dining room, bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedroom. They are luxury equipped, there is cable TV, free wireless Internet access in every room, and our facility has own parking lot. Our apartments
We are very colse to all main city and state roads, and also Ada Ciganlija resort which is distanced from about two miles. Thanks to its' position, at the outskirts of Belgrade our apartments are ideal place for relaxation and pleasent stay.
In nearby area there are several national and fast food restaurants where you can get a meal. Also an ATM, bank, gas station and pharmacy drug store are close to the villa.

Accommodation for exibitors and visitors of Belgrade's Fair
Situated near Belgrade's Fair our apartments are ideal for people who
want to rest after busy day at the many of venues organized in the Fair. It takes
only 15 minutes to get to Fair and if you go by high-way you can avoid traffic
jams and get in less than 10 minutes.
Many of our guests are exibitors from Belgarde Fair. There ara many reasons. Our
apartments are brand new, spacious with own parking which is locked up at nights. Kitchens
are fully equipped and so are the bathrooms. Central heating is in all apartments and all
doors are with safety locks. Furniture is elegant and brand new.

If it is necessary we can make an arrangement to prepare you breakfast every morning of your stay. In nearby area there are several national and fast food restaurants where you can get a meal.
Also, there a few grocery stores where you can buy food which you want to prepare by yourself in apartments' kitchen.
